We are introducing decision neuroscience methods and principles to research on organizational behavior. The two main research themes we are working on are:
(i) Using neuroscience methods in organizational research. We recently published a paper explaining how to use skin conductacne to measure emotion-related responses. See Skin Conductance for Organizational researchers
(ii) Understanding decision making processes related to business, including bribery (see Publications) and entrepreneurial cognition (with Wai Fong Boh and Marilyn Uy)
(iii) Using Virtual Reality for organizational testing and training
